The Sabr Ensemble is a multicultural group that connects different music styles and cultural backgrounds: from Persian to Russian, from classical to contemporary. The artists create a unique sound, nourished by passion and melancholy, lifting up their audience. Sabr is Persian for patience, which is linked to the hope for better and more beautiful. The ensemble consists of harpist Doriene Marselje, composer and daf player Farid Sheek, opera singer Mohsen Masoumi and cellist Maya Fridman.
